Ferals

Well, after I finished work today, I was walking past my local train station, and I saw this woman talking on a public telephone. Her car was parked a couple of metres away, with the engine idling, and 2 babies and a little girl sitting unattended in the back seat. It occured to me then, how do such people get away with breeding? I mean, that's the type of thing you don't ever do. All it takes is for the girl to disengage the handbrake, or some random pedo to steal the car, and you're screwed. How do such people get away with it? Don't they stop to think: "maybe this is a bad idea?". People these days............
